Team Red Foundation actively promotes sports and fitness activities, believing they are vital for achieving an active lifestyle and keeping youth away from harmful indulgences like addiction. We organise an event named “Fit November,” which is a yearly highlight for both men and women. The event basically emphasises the importance of staying active during the lazy winter months. It showcases how sports and games invigorate dull minds, help manage stress, and combat the risks of addiction to harmful substances. Hundreds of participants, alongside our dedicated team, engage in a variety of activities including Tug of War, Cricket, Football, Arm-wrestling, Dead-lifting, Frog-jumps, CrossFit, Power-lifting, and Self-defense. It embodies the spirit of vitality and serves as a celebration of health, unity, and resilience.
