Environmental conservation is a shared responsibility of every citizen, Environment is the foundation of our existence. However, rapid urbanization, overpopulation, and pollution have led to its degradation, disrupting the balance of nature and affecting biodiversity. At Team Red, raising awareness about these pressing issues is a top priority. We organize Awareness Marathons under the theme “Run for Pollution-Free Kashmir.” These events aim to inspire collective action toward protecting our environment and preserving the natural beauty and biodiversity of our region.
Awareness of Usage of Eco-friendly materials
Team Red is promoting the use of eco-friendly materials as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability. Recently, we launched a thoughtful initiative emphasising the use of eco-friendly plantable pens and pencils. This innovative step not only reduces plastic waste but also encourages individuals to contribute to greening the planet—each pen or pencil can grow into a plant after use.
Cleanliness Program
Cleanliness is next to godliness, and at Team Red, we embrace our responsibility to promote environmental cleanliness and combat all forms of pollution that threaten our planet’s well-being. As a proactive Non-Governmental Organization, we collaborate with key stakeholders such as SDRF, NDRF, and other environmental NGOs to organize large-scale Environmental Cleanliness Drives and Awareness Programs. These initiatives aim to bring a collective sense of responsibility and inspire action toward creating a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment for future generations.
